Return & Refund Policy

Jewelry And Company Inc. wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 15 days after you received item.

We have 15 days return policy as long as the items are returned in their original conditions as they were sent(NOT worn or used) from with the gift box. We only accept returns within 15 days after you received item. We promise you 100% MONEY BACK with shipping & handling Fee if item is DEFECTIVE. For the returning item, customers are responsible for shipping. Otherwise, It will be charged restocking fees from what you paid us.
A restocking fee shall be applied for returned items following the price range table provided below:

$1 - $100 $10
$101 - $300 $20
$301 - $500 $30
$501 - $800 $50
$801 - $1200 $85
$1201 - $1500 $115
$1501 - $2000 $150
$2001 - $5000 $220
$5001 - $10000 $350
$10001 and Up $450

Note - We DO NOT accept any damaged item that has been abused or mishandled, either intentionally or accidentally for exchange or refund, and custom made rings, pendants and resized rings are NOT refundable, and It may be subject to a partial repair or restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items have been damaged, abused or modified
  • Items have been engraved or resized
  • Special orders made to customer specifications

Please, contact us if you wish to return or exchange the item within 15 days, and we will issue a Return merchandise authorization(RMA) number for you with instruction. Packages without the RMA will not be accepted for refund of exchange. After we received return item from our customer, we will issue the refund money in 1~3 business days and it might take 2~10 business days to clear. Note - posts refunds in US dollars for the amount purchased, for foreign currencies (Canadian Dollars) your bank will determine your rate of exchange and is not responsible for local currency values.


Credit Card:

Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payment you have made toward your purchase. The credit will be made within 8 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Credits usually show up on the following monthly billing cycle after the date of receipt. Please Note: Restocking fees are not refunded.


Paypal :

we will issue the refund money in 1~3 business days and it might take 2~10 business days to clear.


Check, Money order and Bank transfer :

We will mail to you a refund check, or transfer refund money to your account. It will take 3~7 business days.


How to return an order

1. Obtain the RMA Number

To generate an RMA number. Click on Customer Service, My account or call on the 1-800 phone number on the bottom of your screen. Select 'Return Authorization Form'. Fill in the appropriate information and then email us. Then we confirm and issues RMA number for you through your email. And then follow the instructions below to return your package.

2. How to Package Your Return:

Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delivery. Include the 'Return Authorization Form’, a packing slip and other materials sent to you by such as a gift box and a jewelry appraisal.

3. Shipment and Insurance

For ther than regular mail if you purchase $50 or more. Make sure you can track your package and opt for signature confirmation. This will help guarantee that the package arrives at Jewelry & Company Inc.  for prompt processing. * will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

4. All Return Packages should be Mailed to:
