Why is signature required for delivery?
Signature requirement is for your protection. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create. However, it is our responsibility to ensure you do receive your valuable purchase. How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, DiamondsonCredit.com will send you an email notification with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order at all times until your package reaches your door. At DiamondsonCredit.com, we value your purchase and it’s safe arrival; therefore, a signature is required upon delivery, please arrange an eligible recipient to sign for the package.
What factors can delay order delivery?
MyDiaLand.com always tries to deliver your orders in the timeliest manner. However, certain products or locations can affect shipping delivery times. Rings which require sizing usually have a 2 day delay associated with them. Deliveries to Canada usually result in a 3 day delay. Special custom orders may also be delayed. Orders can also be delayed due to credit verifications, and when the “Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same on high order values. Orders of in stock products which are not rings usually ship out to our customers within 48 hours.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Currently, Sales Tax is only charged within the state of Texas. Texas State residents are subject to sales tax. We are required by law to collect tax in states where we have a physical presence. All other states do not pay sales tax. Canadian provinces, however, are subject to sales tax and pay the GST/PST or HST rates accordingly. International orders may be subject to taxes by the customer for entry into a foreign country.

We have 15 days return policy as long as the items are returned in their original conditions as they were sent(NOT worn or
used) from DiamondsonCredit.com with the gift box and the Certificate of Appraisal. We only accept returns within 15 days after you
received item. We promise you 100% MONEY BACK with shipping & handling Fee if item is DEFECTIVE.
Otherwise, It will be charged restocking fees from what you paid us.
How long will it take to receive my exchange order?

How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Can you resize my ring?
All of our rings are only one size. Size 7 is a standard size for Ladies and 10 is a standard size for Men. But DiamondsonCredit.com offers free ring sizing with your first ordering. DiamondsonCredit.com donot offer resizing after shipping. Most rings can be resized within 2 business days. Depending on the size discrepancy, some rings will take approximately 4-5 business days. Only one size difference is free, and other sizes are charged with certain amounts.
Do you provide appraisals?
DiamondsonCredit.com recommends having appraisals performed by a jeweler in your area after you've made your purchase. This will allow you the opportunity to thoroughly examine your purchase with the assistance of a professional.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, We offer a address book option, however Shipments made to an address different from your billing address must be verified with your credit card company.
